Micah O’Hare,
President
Micah O’Hare was born and raised in Greensboro, NC. After graduating from Grimsley, he attended Vanderbilt University, graduating with Bachelors of Engineering in Civil Engineering and Mathematics, as well as a minor in Engineering Management. Micah received his Masters of Education from Union University.
After serving a decade in public education, Micah worked as an Investment Advisor Representative prior to becoming a residential real estate broker and, finally, a commercial real estate broker. Micah combines his passion and experience in real estate brokerage, investment property ownership, business ownership, and 1031 exchanges with his background in mathematics and financial services to serve those interested in buying, selling or building a real estate portfolio.

Mike Fowler, CCIM, SIOR
Mike Fowler, CCIM, SIOR, was the founding principal of Greensboro Commercial Properties and now serves as Senior Broker. Mike’s vast experience includes development of commercial retail shopping centers, multi-family projects and residential land development. He has over 30 years of commercial brokerage experience in the Carolinas. He has been involved in transactions involving investment properties, land, industrial, office, and retail properties.
Mike Fowler served as the President of the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association and received the Hall of Fame and Jack Brown Awards for community service and professionalism. He has also served as the President on the North Carolina CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Chapter. He holds the prestigious SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation with an office specialization.

Buster Lewis,
CSCP
A lifelong resident of Greensboro, Buster has been in warehousing and real estate for most of his life. Starting as a floor sweeper in his family’s 3rd party warehouse firm (it’s not as glamorous as it seems) at the age of twelve, he moved through the ranks: lumper, forklift operator, truck driver, customer service representative. After graduating with a degree in Business Administration from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1977, he joined the family 3rd party warehouse business, becoming President in 1991. During the succeeding years, the company tripled in size to 300,000 square feet of warehouse space and 25 employees.
He completed a post-graduate certificate in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from UNC-Greensboro and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS. His operations background gives him a unique insight into the supply chain needs of companies seeking to serve their customers. Buster is a member of Gate City Rotary where he has served as President and is an active community and church volunteer.

Aaron Uzzell, Broker
Aaron Uzzell is a lifelong resident of North Carolina and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he earned degrees in History and Pre-Law. Having built a successful career in hospitality, Aaron shifted his focus to commercial real estate, where he utilizes his client-focused expertise and relationship-building skills to serve his clients.
